1. "Etivaz" from Vaud Alps (Switzerland)

Raw milk from the cow.
This exceptional cheese is still cooked over wood fires in the mountain pastures of the Swiss Alps. A unique taste with small salt crystals and fruity notes, paired with the Chignin Bergeron wine!

2. "Onetik" from the Basque Country

Raw milk from sheep and goats. This delicious cheese has a delicate, fruity and very elegant aroma. He was awarded the international cheese prize 2019. You can enjoy it with your crémant.

3. "Gouda with truffles" from Holland

Pasteurized cow's milk.
We French call Holland the other country of cheese. Here you will discover a creamy dough with lovely truffle notes. This cheese definitely belongs on the cheese platters at Christmas.

4. "Camembert Calvados" from the "Haut de France" region (large box)

Raw milk from the cow.
Two typically French products in one. This cheese is washed every day with Calvados, giving it a strong flavor yet light texture. With the Crémant it will reveal itself better and less strongly.

5. "Roquefort" from the "Aveyron" region (large box)

Pasteurized cow's milk.
A cheese from our friend Bernard Mure Ravaud (best cheese maker in the world). The monks of Timadeuc Abbey created the processed cheese with a lovely nutty note. Both wines in your box will go perfectly with it. Here we recommend that you eat the bark.

We won't celebrate Christmas without the bubbles. These are fine, dry and fruity. The Chardonnay reveals all its fruit here. It's about finesse, not fullness, with a very nice minerality.

White wine "Chignin bergeron" from Savoie (large box)

Region: Savoie, grapes: Rousanne, winemaker: Les Rocailles

This mountain wine is of great finesse. It has lovely fruity and caramel notes, the minerality comes in the finish to balance it all out. An ideal wine for cheese. Both allow each other to develop.
