Here I have another delicious and simple recipe for you to cook.
1 roll of puff pastry (from the refrigerated section)
250 g raclette cheese
40 ml whipped cream
1) Boil the potatoes in salted water. When they are cooked, cut them into slices and let them cool.
2) Chop the onion and fry with the bacon for 5 to 7 minutes.
3) In the meantime, place the dough in a greased quiche or cake tin and pre-bake in a hot oven at 180° for 5 minutes.
4) Then sprinkle the bottom of the pie with half of the grated cheese, put the potatoes, chopped onion and bacon. Mix the eggs with the whipped cream and pour over it. Finally cover with the remaining raclette cheese. Put in the oven at 180° for another 30 to 40 minutes.
The baking time ultimately depends on your desired degree of browning.
After baking, let the quiche rest in the open oven for a moment so that the dough can settle again.
I like to serve a green salad and some baguette with the quiche.
Of course, a good wine should not be missing. I recommend a dry white wine.Good luck and “bon appétit”.
